As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Lead Generation & Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:
The Lead Generation & Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in driving our company’s growth by identifying potential leads in the insurance industry and executing effective outreach campaigns. This multifaceted role encompasses lead research, generation, outreach campaigns, content creation, and lead management within CRM. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the financial or insurance market, coupled with a proven track record in both lead generation and marketing within the software or technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct targeted market research to identify and qualify potential leads in the insurance industry.
– Generate accurate and detailed information for leads and companies.
– Develop and implement strategic lead generation campaigns using a mix of digital channels, including email and LinkedIn.
– Conduct marketing content research and generate compelling content for a variety of platforms, including email, LinkedIn, social, etc.
– Utilize HubSpot to its full capacity for managing leads, tracking campaign performance, and automating processes.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in lead generation and marketing, specifically within the software or technology industry catering to business clients, preferably in the insurance sector.
– Proven success in developing and executing lead generation campaigns.
– Strong proficiency in HubSpot, including lead management and reporting.
– Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to conduct deep search into markets, companies, and leads.
– Self-starter with the ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
