passionate Lead Generation and Marketing Specialist. As the Lead Generation and Marketing Specialist,
you will play a vital role in driving new business development and enhancing our social media brand
presence. This position also entails creating compelling flyers and marketing materials to promote our
brand and our clients. If you are enthusiastic about lead generation, social media engagement, and have
a knack for creating engaging marketing content, we want to hear from you!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Connect and engage with nursing home and long-term care facilities within a specific geographic
location via social media platforms.
• Conduct cold calls to healthcare facilities to generate quality leads.
• Utilize LinkedIn for mass messaging and lead generation.
• Create, publish, and share captivating content on Elite Standard Recruitment’s social media pages
consistently.
• Design eye-catching flyers and other marketing materials using Canva.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience utilizing social media platforms (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) as
effective business tools.
• Proficiency in using Canva for creating visually appealing marketing materials.
• Minimum of 6 months of lead generation, social marketing outreach and inside sales experience
