Role Summary:

We are seeking a creative and strategic thinker to refine our approach to lead generation and email marketing. The ideal candidate will address our key challenge: effectively reaching and engaging service based businesses & e-commerce brand owners. Our current strategies, including email campaigns targeting general contact addresses and outreach via Instagram, have not yielded the desired results. The Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies that ensure our messaging reaches the intended decision-makers, thus significantly enhancing our lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement a comprehensive lead generation and email marketing strategy tailored to engage service based businesses & e-commerce brand owners effectively.
Analyze and refine the current list of contacts to ensure outreach efforts are directed at key decision-makers within target companies.
Utilize creative outreach methods beyond traditional email and Instagram DMs, exploring platforms like LinkedIn and others relevant to our target audience.
Conduct in-depth research on potential clients, assessing their alignment with MakeUGC’s vision and services, with a keen focus on brands like Minea, , and AutoDS.
Foster and maintain relationships with prospective clients with clear and compelling communication.
Collaborate closely with MakeUGC founders to continually refine and optimize outreach strategies.

Requirements:

Fluent or native English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrable experience in crafting and executing lead generation and email marketing strategies, particularly within the e-commerce sector.
A deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, with the ability to pinpoint and engage with high-value clients and decision-makers.
Excellent organizational skills, with the aptitude to prioritize effectively and manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, small company environment, offering direct input and collaboration with the leadership team.
A proven track record in building successful B2B and B2C brand client relationship, with a portfolio of strategies that have overcome similar outreach challenges.
