Job Description

As our Paid Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. You will work closely with the team to create and execute strategies that drive lead generation. The ideal candidate is analytical, detailed, creative, a team player, and updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising and lead generation.

Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Planning:
– Develop comprehensive paid advertising lead generation strategies for Meta and Google Ads.
– Conduct audience research and segmentation to target the right audience for each campaign.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid campaigns.
– Troubleshoot Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics integration.
– Possess proficiency in WordPress and other web platforms.
– Campaign Execution and Optimization:
– Set up and launch effective lead campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
– Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize for key metrics.
– Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives, copy, and targeting for improved results.

Budget Management:
– Manage and allocate the budget effectively across different platforms and campaigns.
– Provide regular budget updates and forecasts to ensure optimal resource utilization.
– Ad Creatives and Copywriting:
– Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content that resonates with the target audience.

Reporting and Analysis:
– Generate weekly reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.
– Analyze data to provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Paid Ads Specialist with a focus on Facebook Ads, Instagram, and Google Ads.
– Proficiency in advertising tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
– Knowledgeable in WordPress and other web platforms.
– A portfolio of successful paid ad campaigns is required.
– In-depth knowledge of ad platforms, audience targeting, and ad creation tools.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
– Certifications in relevant platforms (Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads Certification) are a plus.
