Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Professional to help us develop and implement a scalable lead generation system for our digital services and automation agency. This ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building successful lead-generation programs and processes.

Responsibilities:
– Analyze our current lead generation efforts and identify areas for improvement
– Develop a comprehensive lead generation strategy aligned with our business goals
– Build out the components of the lead generation system, including lead capture mechanisms, lead nurturing workflows, lead scoring, and handoff to sales
– Implement marketing automation and CRM tools to enable the lead generation process
– Create compelling content offers, landing pages, forms and lead magnets to drive conversions
– Set up and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook to generate leads
– Monitor and report on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation initiatives
– Document all processes and train internal team members on the new system
– Collaborate closely with marketing, and leadership to ensure alignment
– Attention to detail is a must!

Our 2 Round Interview Process:
– First Round: Introductions, and overall discovery on how you would approach this gig. Come prepared with discovery questions and a high-level roadmap of projects/tasks that you would incorporate to complete this gig (1-3 months).
– Second Round: We’ll dive more in-depth into your proposed structure and answer any final questions.
