Hi Amazing Lead Generation Prospectors!
We are a video production company looking for 1-2 motivated Lead Generation Prospectors to create high quality prospecting lists for our outbound marketing efforts. If you’re an organized, detail oriented, assertive individual who’d like the opportunity/freedom to work for a thriving creative company, completely remote, then this is for you!

We create marketing and sales videos for clients across the United States. Our mission is to help businesses thrive by creating powerful brand content, grounded in sound marketing plans and strategies. Our main leadership is currently based in San Diego, California (United States of America), however our full team is located in various places across the world.

Core responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following items:
– Conduct thorough market research to identify potential businesses that would benefit from our video production services.
– Build and maintain lists of prospects including details such as: Name, LinkedIn Profile, Job Title, Company, Work Email, Contact, Location (City, State), Employee Size, Industry
– Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of lead lists and formatting.
– Produce regular reports on list generation activities and outcomes.
– Continually update and clean the email list to ensure accuracy and relevance.
– Continuously seek feedback from sales team on outreach efforts and list performance
– Implement feedback and best practices to refine the prospecting process.
– Attend relevant workshops, seminars, and/or training to enhance prospecting skills and industry knowledge.
– Onboard and train junior prospectors or team members as needed.
– Utilize prospecting tools and databases efficiently.
– Stay updated with the latest technologies and platforms that can enhance the prospecting process.

Job requirements:
– Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, email marketing, or a similar role.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
– Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
– Reliable internet connection to communicate and work online
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to communicate (speak and write) in perfect American english
– Ability and willingness to take direction and learn
– Ability to not only identify issues but also think critically in presenting solutions to improving work efficiency
– Excellent internal communication skills
– Solid organizational skills including attention to detail
– Availability to work within the hours of 9am-5pm San Diego CA, USA time. (GMT -7:00)

Bonus but not required:
– Experience using GSuite, Asana, and Slack.

Working hours:
This position is part time (20 hours per week max.) however it has the potential to expand into full time if you do an amazing job (which you should!). Though not required daily, this position may occasionally require meetings with team members within the hours of 9am-12pm San Diego CA, USA time. (GMT -7:00).
