The Role :
A Lead Generation Representative/Executive in the Philippines (PH) plays a pivotal role in the sales and marketing efforts of a company. Their primary responsibility is to identify and qualify potential leads or prospects who have a genuine interest in the products or services offered by the organization. This role involves a combination of research, outbound communication, and data management to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and Identify Leads: Conduct research through various online platforms, databases, and social media to identify potential leads or target companies that fit the ideal customer profile.
Outbound Communication: Reach out to potential leads through phone calls, emails, or other communication channels to introduce the company’s products or services, gather information, and assess their interest and needs.
Qualification: Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and assessing their readiness to engage with the sales team. Determine if the lead meets predefined criteria and has the potential to become a customer.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and information in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Ensure data integrity and consistency.
Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with leads who are not immediately ready to make a purchase. Provide them with valuable information and resources to keep them engaged and informed.
Collaborate with Sales Team: Share qualified leads with the sales team, provide them with background information, and ensure a seamless handover for further engagement.
Reporting: Generate reports and metrics on lead generation activities, including conversion rates, lead quality, and overall performance. Use data to refine lead generation strategies.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance lead generation effectiveness.
Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good interpersonal skills to build rapport with leads.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new strategies.
Knowledge of the company’s products or services and the target market is a plus.
