We’re seeking a passionate and detail-oriented communicator to join our growing team as a Lead Generation Specialist. In this role, you’ll leverage the power of LinkedIn to identify and engage with potential customers, nurturing them through the sales funnel and setting the stage for successful closing calls — all through the power of written communication.

What You’ll Do:

Craft compelling and personalized outreach messages on LinkedIn to connect with targeted prospects. (This is your primary function!)
Manage assigned LinkedIn profiles, ensuring they are optimized for lead generation and reflect the company brand.
Develop and execute strategic cold outreach campaigns to generate a steady stream of qualified leads.
Engage with potential customers through engaging written communication, building rapport and understanding their needs.
Warm up qualified leads for our sales team by preparing them for a productive conversation through well-crafted messages.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in lead generation and sales psychology (focusing on written communication techniques).
You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales development, or a related field (experience in B2B sales a plus).
Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to tailor your message to different audiences.
A genuine passion for building relationships and exceeding expectations through written communication.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn for lead generation and networking.
A keen understanding of sales psychology and best practices in creating compelling written -conversations.
Familiarity with ChatGPT and Google Gemini (Bard) is a plus, as long as you can demonstrate proficiency in their responsible use for written communication.
Bonus Points for:

Experience with marketing automation tools and CRMs.
A proven track record of exceeding lead generation goals.
A creative and strategic approach to crafting written outreach campaigns.
