As a Sales Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals. You will work closely with the sales team to manage their schedules, maintain their CRM database, and follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel. You will also be responsible for managing email campaigns, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to the sales team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Assist with lead generation activities such as online research, data entry, and list building.
– Qualify prospects by conducting initial outreach and gathering information to determine their level of interest and fit with the company’s offerings.
– Schedule appointments and follow up with prospects to keep them engaged and move them through the sales funnel.
– Maintain the sales team’s CRM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is entered and tracked.
– Manage email campaigns, including drafting and sending emails, tracking responses, and analyzing campaign performance.
– Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing their schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing sales materials.
– Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a sales assistant or virtual assistant, preferably in a B2B environment.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with prospects and team members.
– Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
– Familiarity with CRM software and email marketing tools.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
