Job Description:

Our growing company is currently seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our high-performance sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for your Account Executive counterparts. This role manages the outbound campaigns to individuals within our target demographics in order to help fill the sales pipeline with potential deals.

The ideal candidate is a go-getter with a strong work ethic, the ability to operate and coordinate across multiple teams, and a deep understanding of prospecting and developing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

– Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for the company
– Execute outbound prospecting campaigns and drive inbound lead follow-up
– Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team
– Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas of meetings and qualified opportunities
– Continually build pipeline of new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
– Become an expert in our CRM systems for tracking of all sales activities

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in a sales development or lead generation role for a US company, preferably in a remote setting.
– Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively and build rapport over phone and email.
– Self-motivated and target-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
– High proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets and MS PowerPoint or Google Slides.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
– Familiarity with Pipedrive and/or Instantly is a plus.
