Job Purpose:
The main purpose of the Lead Generation Specialist at Popcast Studio is to identify, engage, and cultivate potential clients who align with our mission of empowering personal brands through high-quality podcast content. Leveraging various channels such as social media, email marketing, and targeted advertising, the Lead Generation Specialist plays a crucial role in expanding our reach and driving business growth.
By understanding the unique needs of authors, coaches, and speakers, this role focuses on creating personalized strategies to connect with prospects, building trust, and nurturing relationships that lead to successful collaborations. The Lead Generation Specialist is not only responsible for generating new leads but also for analyzing and optimizing strategies to ensure a continuous flow of quality leads that align with Popcast Studio’s values and goals.
Responsibilities and Duties
Identify Target Audiences: Research and identify potential clients, including authors, coaches, and speakers, who align with Popcast Studio’s services.
Develop Lead Generation Strategies: Create and implement effective lead generation strategies using various channels such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Manage and Nurture Leads: Engage with leads through personalized communication, nurture relationships, and guide them through the sales funnel.
Analyze and Optimize Campaigns: Monitor the performance of lead generation campaigns, analyze results, and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall company goals and to create a seamless transition of leads through the sales process.
Maintain Lead Database: Organize and maintain a database of leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Report and Communicate Results: Regularly report on lead generation metrics, successes, and areas for improvement to senior management.
Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors’ strategies, and emerging tools and technologies in lead generation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in lead generation or a similar role
Strong understanding of inbound marketing strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Compensation: $8 – $12 USD an hour
Reporting Structure: You will repost to the owner of Podcast, Tim Palladino
Work Hours: part-time 20+ hours a week to start
