ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation/Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating leads, establishing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our events services and conference solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation
– Research and identify potential clients that are conducting events and conferences through market analysis, industry events, and targeted outreach.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted lead-generation campaigns aligned with industry preferences.
– Utilize various communication channels, including social media, email, and phone, to initiate and maintain contact with prospects.
Client Engagement and Relationship Building
– Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within potential client organizations.
– Conduct consultative selling, understanding client needs, and proposing tailored solutions that align with RS Media One’s suite of services.
– Lead product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of RS Media One’s offerings.
– Provide prompt and personalized responses to inbound leads, ensuring a positive initial engagement with potential clients.
Sales Process Management
– Build and manage a robust pipeline of leads, consistently tracking progress and updating the internal CRM system.
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
– Negotiate contracts, terms, quotes, and pricing structures to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
– Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, sales metrics, and market feedback to support data-driven decision-making.
– Customize proposals to align with the specific requirements and goals of potential clients.
– Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the unique features and benefits of RS Media One’s media services.

Continuous Improvement and Collaboration:
– Stay informed about industry regulations, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
– Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and events, to stay updated on product developments and ensure seamless transitions from the sales process to event execution.
– Seek feedback from clients to continuously improve service offerings and contribute to the refinement of sales strategies.
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through effective lead conversion and deal closure.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
– Qualification and Experience
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
– Proven experience in lead generation and sales, preferably within the media and entertainment industry.
Technical and Soft Skills
– In-depth knowledge of media trends, technologies, and industry dynamics.
– Excellent written and spoken interpersonal skills
– Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
