Job Description

We are a Managed Technology and Outsourcing Services company. We have been in the business for over 25 years. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a positive “can do” attitude to join our company.

Primary Scope: Clients will be US-based

Weekly Hours: In the beginning, it will be 10 hours per week, and will increase over time. The shift will depend on either 8:00 AM-12:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time. It will depend later on the flexibility.

90-Day Probation Period: After 90 days we will check how many hours are required. Based on the quality of work, the right candidate can be made full-time.

Estimated Start: Starting within the next 2 weeks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead Scouring/Online Lead Generation:
– Utilize various online platforms and tools to identify potential leads.
– Conduct research to identify target demographics and industries.
– Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads through online channels.
– Regularly update and maintain lead databases or CRM systems.
• Communicating with Leads:
– Initiate contact with leads through various communication channels (email, social media, etc.).
– Engage with leads to understand their needs and requirements.
– Provide information about products or services offered.
– Address any questions or concerns raised by leads promptly.
• Scheduling Calls:
– Coordinate and schedule calls or meetings with leads.
– Ensure that scheduled calls are logged and properly documented.
– Follow up with leads to confirm scheduled appointments.
– Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate both parties.
• Social Media Management: Managing the Business coach’s social media accounts, creating, and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring engagement.
• Research Assistance: Conducting research on topics related to the Business coaching practice, potential clients, market trends, or relevant resources as requested by the Business coach.
• Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and calls for the Business coach, ensuring there are no conflicts, and sending reminders as needed.
• Email Management: Handling and responding to emails on behalf of the Business coach, sorting and prioritizing messages, and flagging important correspondence for their attention.
• Maintaining Confidentiality: Ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive information shared by clients and the Business coach, and following privacy guidelines.

SKILLS A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE HAS:
• Demonstrated work experience working in a similar role
• Strong Communication Skills:
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to effectively engage with leads and build rapport.
– Clear and concise communication to convey information effectively.
• Sales and Marketing Knowledge:
– Understanding of sales and marketing principles.
– Familiarity with lead generation techniques and strategies.
– Ability to identify and qualify potential leads.
• Organizational Skills:
– Strong organizational skills to manage leads and schedules efficiently.
– Attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping.
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Tech Savvy:
– Proficiency with CRM software or lead management tools.
– Proficiency with scheduling software (i.e. Calendly, Zoom Scheduler)
– Proficiency with video conferencing platforms (i.e. Zoom, Microsoft Team, Slack) is essential
– Familiarity with online communication platforms (e.g., email, social media)
– Basic understanding of data analysis to track and measure lead generation efforts.
• Persistence and Resilience:
– Willingness to persistently follow up with leads.
– Ability to handle rejection and setbacks positively.
– Resilience to overcome challenges and meet targets.
• Adaptability in a dynamic environment like Business coaching:
– Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
– Willingness to learn and implement new strategies for lead generation.
– Flexibility to adjust schedules and approaches based on feedback.
• Self-motivation: Taking initiative and being proactive in managing tasks and responsibilities without constant supervision is valuable.
• Administrative Skills: Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, and managing documents, and files.
• Knows about working with Kajabi or Kajabi-like platforms, but not a requirement.
• Nice to have: Content Writing, and Light Photo and Video Editing skills
