As a Lead Generation Specialist at Assistant Launch, you will have the chance to work with a variety of clients and industries and you will be responsible for managing the communication with leads until they enter the scheduling phase. You will also be responsible for following and improving our existing systems and processes. In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop your own techniques for list building and bring your resourceful skill set to the table.
The ideal candidate will have:
3-5 years of experience in the lead generation space (we will ask)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience with data management tools such as GSuite, Asana, Slack, and Airtable
Experience with tools such as , Lemlist, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
The ability to run specific queries to find specific subsets of people.
A proactive and solution-oriented personality, with the ability to identify problems and find solutions to maximize efficiency and productivity.
The ability to work well in a team environment and provide coaching and feedback on project outputs and deliverables.
Responsibilities for this role include: (but are not limited to)
Identifying and targeting potential clients using a variety of sources.
Managing the communication with leads until they enter the scheduling phase.
Providing progress updates on lead generation to the team and CEO.
Improving, defining and tracking Lead Generation KPIs.
Working with the Cold Email Specialist to identify improvement and optimization opportunities.
Analyzing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of our Lead Generation systems.
Developing internal systems and SOPs for list building.
Following and improving our existing internal systems.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of best practices in Lead Generation.
