Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description:
GroupRaise is a pioneering company dedicated to connecting restaurants with non-profit organizations (NPOs) across the United States. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing and sales efforts by researching and identifying suitable restaurant chains for partnership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Restaurant Research- Utilize various online platforms and tools to identify restaurant chains with over 12 locations across the United States.
Contact Creation- Develop detailed contact lists for identified restaurants, ensuring the information aligns with the requirements specified by the sales and marketing teams. Contacts typically include marketers and operations professionals within the organization.
Campaign Support- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns targeting the researched restaurant chains. Provide necessary background information and context to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Documentation- Maintain comprehensive background documents for each conversion resulting from campaign efforts. Ensure all relevant details are documented to assist the sales team in preparing for discovery meetings with potential restaurant partners.
Excel Proficiency- Utilize advanced Excel skills to organize, analyze, and present data effectively. Proficiency in data manipulation, reporting, and visualization is essential for this role.
Communication- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide timely updates on research progress and campaign outcomes.

Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
Strong research skills with the ability to gather and analyze information from various online sources.
Intermediate to high proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness in all tasks.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in lead generation, market research, or a related field.
SQL and Python knowledge.
Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
