Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads, focusing on property owners who can benefit from our management services. Your goal is to source potential clients, qualify leads, and help drive our growth through effective outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify Target Clients:
Focus on clients who are either currently managed by another company, self-managed, or have vacant properties they wish to list on platforms like Airbnb.
Research and Compile Lists:
Use various tools and platforms, including PropStream, Airbnb, Google Maps, and competitor websites, to gather information on potential leads.
Confirm Locations:
Verify property addresses using Google Maps to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
Skip Trace Leads:
Utilize PropStream to obtain contact information (phone numbers and emails) of property owners.
Email Marketing:
Subscribe obtained emails to our MailChimp marketing list and send targeted marketing materials.
Organize Leads:
Input all leads into under the folder named “Raw Data” and categorize them for further action.
Outreach and Follow-Up:
Conduct follow-up calls to property owners, introducing our services and scheduling appointments for senior team members to close the deals.
Qualify Leads:
Ensure leads are property owners and verify the accuracy of their contact information.
Requirements:

Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field.
Familiarity with tools such as PropStream, Google Maps, and MailChimp.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in using CRM systems and lead management software (e.g., ).
