Job Description:
We’re on a mission to deliver unparalleled value to our diverse client portfolio, and we’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and nurturing long-term relationships.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Prospecting Excellence:
Generate an extensive high-quality client list – weekly – within a 150+ mile radius of our agency headquarters (located in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois USA), targeting high-ticket clientele such as Skin Care Clinics, Chiropractors, Dentists, Medspas, Plastic Surgeons, and more. This radius and types of clients will evolve over time.

Data Management:
Utilize and tweak our provided Google Sheets template to meticulously input client list information. Segment and categorize the lists based on parameters, including company size, their website, revenue, a link to their Facebook Ad library profile, and other relevant criteria.

Prospecting Analysis:
Evaluate prospective clients to determine if we are the right fit for their marketing service needs, considering factors such as current strategies, and market competition.

Formatting Expertise:
Leverage your expertise to format the lists effectively, ensuring they are easily accessible and organized for our team’s needs and can be easily integrated into CRM software (, , etc.).

Collaboration:
Participate in two weekly 30-minute calls, scheduled for Mondays and Wednesdays, to provide updates, share insights, provide constructive criticism to Studio 46, and seamlessly integrate into our dynamic and growing team.

Qualifications:
Strong research and data management skills.
Proven experience in prospecting and list building (please have past work prepared to showcase).
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Experience in identifying and targeting high-paying clients is a plus
Exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in using Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet software.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
