Key Responsibilities:

Utilize your cold calling expertise to identify and engage potential real estate investment leads.
Conduct detailed discussions to qualify prospects, assessing their financial situation, property details, and motivation to sell.
Maintain meticulous records of lead interactions using CRM software for effective follow-up and relationship management.
Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and optimize lead generation strategies.
Qualifications:

Proven Track Record: Minimum of 3 years in lead generation with a strong focus on cold calling.
Fluent English Speaker: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a confident phone presence.
Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a results-oriented, commission-based environment.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other lead management tools.
Real Estate Acumen: Familiarity with real estate principles, investment strategies, and acquisitions is highly desirable.
Additional Details:

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 40 hours per week (day shift within 10am to 7pm window)
