Job Description: As a Lead Generation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to generate a minimum of 100 high-quality leads per day. Your focus will be on targeting California residents aged 50 and above, providing our clients with valuable prospects for their products and services.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize various lead generation techniques and tools to generate a minimum of 100 leads per day.
• Research and identify potential leads based on the provided criteria (California residents aged 50 and above).
• Use social media platforms, online directories, and other online resources to find and validate leads.
• Ensure that all leads meet the required quality standards and provide accurate and relevant information.
• Maintain an organized system for tracking and managing leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
• Continuously optimize lead generation strategies and processes to improve efficiency and results.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
• Excellent knowledge of lead generation techniques, tools, and platforms.
• Familiarity with online research methods and resources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.
