Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy Lead Generation Specialist. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Waalaxy, Apollo, , and Hexomatic to identify, engage, and track potential leads, ultimately setting the stage for our sales team’s success.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Waalaxy to identify and connect with potential leads that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Utilize Hexomatic for additional lead scraping from various online sources.

Outreach and Follow-Up: Implement an effective outreach strategy using Apollo for cold emails and for automation. Engage potential leads, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain high levels of professionalism and brand consistency.

Lead Management and Qualification: Use HubSpot’s Sales Hub to manage and track lead interactions. Qualify leads based on their interest, needs, and readiness to buy, then smoothly transition them to our sales team for further nurturing.

Process Improvement: Continually refine and optimize our lead generation strategies based on analytics and feedback. Stay updated on the latest tools and trends in lead generation and propose their adoption where appropriate.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Number of Quality Leads Generated: A primary indicator of success will be the number and quality of leads generated and handed off to the sales team.

Lead Engagement: Track the response and engagement rates of your outreach efforts to assess the effectiveness of your strategies.

Lead Conversion: Monitor the conversion rates of your leads to meetings and eventually to sales.

Efficiency: Measure the resources and time utilized in the lead generation process. Efficiency improvements can indicate mastery of tools and strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar lead generation role
Proficiency in using LinkedIn for prospecting, including Sales Navigator and other LinkedIn automation tools
Experience with Apollo, , and Hexomatic for lead scraping, outreach, and follow-ups
Familiarity with HubSpot’s Sales Hub for lead management
Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of various lead generation tools and platforms
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
A proactive, results-oriented mindset
