Job Description

Our Lead Generation Specialist is a highly visible position having direct contact with future and current clients. This is a position for an individual possessing the proper experience, professionalism, and dedication. He/she is responsible for increasing sales and profits related to the organization’s services.

He/She must have excellent communication skills and is expected to interact with shareholders, executives, and clients daily.

Responsibilities
Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads and appointment setting for external sales team
Developing relationships with potential clients by building rapport with them over the phone or via email
Does Email Marketing, LinkedIn Outreach (Manual and Automation), Cold Calling, verification, proper qualification of leads
Does lead scoring, lead segmentation, and Data Cleansing
Does effective data management in compliance with the 6 dimensions of data (Completeness, Consistency, Conformity, Accuracy, Integrity, and Timeliness) when working with raw data, files, reports, dashboards, campaigns, etc.
Creating and maintaining a database of potential clients by collecting contact information such as names and phone numbers
Does digital marketing (promoting the company brand through social media and similar platforms
Creates and submits required reports to top management
File organization: Does proper file naming, folder structure and follows a standard naming convention

Qualifications
Strong Communication skills: Efficient, Effective, and Timely transfer of information and responses.
Proven and visible lead gen expert with experience in sales creation and growing a personal audience on social media – LinkedIn.
Must be proficient in various computer applications such as MS applications, lead generation and marketing automation software
Ability to understand and analyze complex processes quickly and accurately
Organized, process-driven, and with a great level of attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks or projects that will be assigned from time to time
Has a strong work ethic and possesses a can-do attitude when faced with challenges
Ability to multi-task daily projects and commitments, and employ structured selling methods
Ability to handle and deal with difficult (prospective) clients
Experience with Salesforce or another CRM Software preferred
Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process
Experience working with Western companies

Education and Work Background
·Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Sales or any related course
2+ years solid experience or Supervisory level in sales, lead generation and digital marketing or similar
