About the Role

To support the marketing success of our growing client base, we have an exciting opportunity on our team for a Lead Generation Specialist. This role will be a part-time or full-time remote position, working independently and collaborating virtually with the rest of our team as needed.

This role will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities. In this role, you will be expected to research and target potential clients, generate leads, and nurture relationships with prospects. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and developing strategies to improve lead generation efforts. The person in this role will:
– Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research and social media.
– Contact and qualify leads through emails, social media, and other communication methods including phone calls.
– Develop and maintain a database of prospects, leads and activities in our CRM system and elsewhere as needed.
– Collaborate with leadership and the rest of our sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies.
– Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation.
– Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and clients.
– Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.

What You Bring to Our Team

Are you experienced in identifying and generating new business leads through various channels including developing and executing lead nurture campaigns, cold emailing and LinkedIn messaging, market research, prospect and contact database management? Do you have excellent communication skills, verbal and especially written, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities? Do you have a proven track record of successfully generating leads and meeting or exceeding your performance targets?

– Experience with B2B sales/marketing and lead generation in a similar or related role (2+ years minimum; marketing agency experience is a strong asset).
– Proven track record of successful lead generation and sales.
– Experience in developing and implementing lead generation strategies.
– Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software (Dripify, Hubspot, etc.).
– Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms, especially LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
– Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively on a remote basis, both independently and as part of a team.
– Self-motivation and the ability to hold yourself accountable (with the support of a great team of course).
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Proficiency in the Google suite of software (Mail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc).
– Proficiency in or familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM system is a very strong asset.
– Experience with email marketing, including setting up domains, verifiers (DMARC) and other tools is an asset.
