Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Utilize various methods, such as online research, social media, cold outreach, and email campaigns, to identify and connect with potential clients.
Lead Nurturing: Establish and maintain meaningful interactions with leads, guiding them through the sales funnel to transform them into qualified opportunities.
Database Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date lead database to streamline outreach efforts.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt and optimize lead generation strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to provide them with high-quality leads and support their sales efforts.
Targets and Goals: Meet and exceed lead generation targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to earn generous commissions and performance-based bonuses.
Qualifications:
