We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at WADIC. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our company’s growth by identifying and capturing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating leads to support our sales and marketing efforts. Responsibilities:
– Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and target demographics.
– Utilize various lead generation techniques, including online research, cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking, to generate a consistent flow of high-quality leads.
– Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, decision-making authority, and timeline for purchase.
– Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their pain points, provide product/service information, and nurture relationships.
– Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies, campaigns, and messaging.
– Track and maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities and outcomes using CRM software.
– Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the success of lead generation efforts, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize results.
– Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new lead generation opportunities.
– Collaborate with the team to develop lead nurturing strategies to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
– Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to the management team.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role, preferably in IT/Web Development.
– Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques, tools, and best practices.
– Proficient in using CRM software and lead generation platforms.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with potential clients.
– Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles.
– Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decisions.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
– Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
