We are hiring a lead generation specialist who is responsible for generating leads and developing new business opportunities. This position will be responsible to develop, implement and maintain lead generation strategies that are consistent with the company’s core values of integrity, honesty, respect, accountability, transparency and excellence in all aspects of customer service.

What you’ll do:

-Lead generation of new leads for regular sales cycles.
-Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that all lead sources are properly identified, tracked and optimized in order to maximize revenue.
-Oversee client relationship management through direct contact and other channels as needed.
-Provide support on marketing initiatives.
-Work closely with sales managers/Salesforce representatives to develop strategies to drive conversion rates across multiple channels.
-This role will be hands-on and needs someone who can roll up their sleeves and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

-3+ years BPO experience
-2+ years experience in managing campaigns through Sales Navigator, Linked Helper with integration with the likes of Salesforce and/or Marketo
-Knowledgeable in new and evolving lead generation tech stack tools such as Click to view, ZoomInfo or other
-Experienced in driving improved campaign results with ability to influence with data senior marketing stakeholders
-Excellent at running and executing on end-to-end outreach campaigns, being proficient at scripts and grammar
