My Virtual Mate is a registered Australian company that helps businesses with business process outsourcing. Our mission is to make a positive change in our partners’ business, which ultimately helps them gain more profits, and grow their business with truly talented staff.

Our client is a recruitment agency based in Melbourne that works with design and technology talent.

Job Role
– Reach out to find potential new clients.
– Actively source new business opportunities Melbourne-based technology businesses
– Make regular outbound inquiries via email.
– LinkedIn Outreach
– Cold-calling prospective clients
– Research companies to create strategic communication plans
– Proactively schedule calls with prospective clients
– Develop and maintain a prospecting database for the company.
– Managing database in HubSpot.
– Source new records for the database as required

Requirements
– At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
– Strong experience in lead generation, cold emailing, and cold calling
– Experience in researching Melbourne-based technology businesses. (Important)
– Experience in recruiting people in technology and digital space. (Important)
– Experience in using HubSpot (Important)
– Good understanding of technology.
– High level of accuracy and attention to detail
– Professional and courteous disposition.
– Ability to articulate a value proposition and get to the decision maker.

Required Skills

Current Challenges: Their clients came from organic leads and referrals. They are currently looking for someone who will help them generate potential clients through LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing and cold calling.

Tools/CRM: HubSpot, LinkedIn, Slack, Outlook

Work From Home Requirements
– At least 10mbps internet connection
– Backup internet connection, postpaid or prepaid
– Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher)
– Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher)
– Headset with mic
– No background noise during work hours
– Must not be currently employed full time
