Job Description:
As a Lead Generation Specialist at Full-Virtual Jobs, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, qualifying, and generating new leads for our sales team. You will leverage your creativity, research skills, communication abilities to identify potential customers and initiate meaningful conversations that ultimately result in qualified sales opportunities in the future.
Responsibilities:
– Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, industry events, and networking.
– Promote campaigns into the proper target markets including identified locations.
– Initiate outbound lead generation activities such as emailing, personal approaching and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects and establish rapport.
Other Responsibilities in the FUTURE:
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted lead generation campaigns and strategies.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in our CRM system.
– Continuously monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.
Primary Requirements:
– Proven experience as a lead generation specialist or similar role.
– Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize potential leads effectively.
– Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
These skills will be a plus:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects.
– Experience with CRM software and lead generation tools is a plus but not necessary.
