GenSigma is looking for Lead Generation Specialists (for RPO company) to work with our Sales Team. Our company is currently supporting different clients in the US on their staffing needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The role would focus on targeting, attracting, and closing deals between the company and our target markets. Your role would be proactive in understanding the need of the clients, interpreting the requirements for the team, and ensuring it’s met according to the client’s requirements and satisfaction. The utmost priority lies in building client relationships and ensuring that the team will meet the satisfaction of clients to accrue revenue.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Has an experience working as a Leads Generation Specialist for 2 years or more.
• Must have knowledge on Lead Generation tools, and email marketing tools, well-versed in email management tips and tools.
• Having proven skills in executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media, would make you an ideal candidate.
• A strong communicator who can convey your ideas as well as opportunities to potential clients or customers.
• Have the foundation and knowledge in lead generation, sales, and marketing, and want to grow and establish your career in this field.

• Would enjoy gathering and collating information, as well as emails to assist the business development team.
• Passionate in preparing and creating contracts, proposals, email responses, and other documents
• A team player that can work well with other team members from the Marketing and Sales, Team in ensuring that our prospects turn into our clients.
• Someone who is excited to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) from outbound activities
• A person that doesn’t get fazed by maintaining leads and achieving quotas and deliverables.
