Lead Generation Specialist

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing our lead generation process to identify and generate leads for cold calling and emailing. This role requires proficiency in Slack for effective communication and collaboration with our team, as well as strong skills in Google Sheets for data management.

**Responsibilities:**

– Utilize our established lead generation process to identify potential leads.
– Generate and compile accurate lead lists for cold calling and emailing.
– Research and gather relevant information on prospective clients.
– Communicate effectively with the team via Slack.
– Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and timely information.
– Report on lead generation activities and results regularly.
– Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
– Use Google Sheets to organize, track, and analyze lead data.

**Requirements:**

– Proven experience in lead generation or a similar role.
– Proficient in using lead generation tools and techniques.
– Strong research skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proficient in using Slack for team communication.
– Proficient in Google Sheets for data management and analysis.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

– Experience in the real estate industry.
– Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
– Ability to analyze data and provide insights on lead generation performance.
