***WORK FROM HOME***
We seek motivated Generation Specialists to play a crucial role in promoting our company’s services, generating hot leads for Tax Clients, and expanding our reach across various platforms, including social media. This position requires individuals who are tech-savvy, excellent communicators, and adept at online marketing strategies, with access to their own software for communication.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads for company Tax Clients and Tax Software sales through various online channels, including social media, Craigslist, Indeed, and Google.
2. Social Media Promotion: Create and manage engaging leads across social media platforms- Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram- to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients.
3. Recruitment Advertising: Utilize Craigslist, Indeed, Google, and other platforms to find potential team members and resources needed for the company’s growth.
4. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments with potential clients and ensure they are added to our calendar or provided with the necessary links to upload tax documentation to our CRM – as needed.
5. Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proper grammar, punctuation, and writing abilities.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively within a team environment, sharing insights and strategies to optimize lead generation efforts.
7. Flexibility and Adaptability: Open to flexible hours, including evening shifts. We are on PST in the US.

• Slack – a team communication tool
• Trello – a project management tool
• Onboardible – a CRM for tracking leads
• WhatsApp
• RingCentral

Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of online lead generation strategies.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms for business promotion.
• Familiarity with online advertising platforms like Craigslist, Indeed, and Google.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on grammar and punctuation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Strong English is required.

Work Schedule:
– Monday, Thursday, Friday: 12:30 PM – 10:00 PM (EST)
– Saturday, Sunday: 8:30 AM – 6 PM (EST)
– Enjoy a 1-hour lunch break to recharge!
