Lead Generation Specialist

Hello. We are an award winning dental practice based in London, UK. We are looking for a savvy marketer with a knack for generating high-quality leads? We’re seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and spearhead our lead generation efforts across various channels. As our Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing compelling lead magnets, managing Facebook ads, Google ads, and email marketing campaigns, creating effective sales funnels, designing captivating landing pages, and reverse engineering successful ads to optimize our strategies. Your role will also entail diligently following up on leads and implementing strategies to maximize conversion rates.
**Key Responsibilities:**

– Develop engaging lead magnets tailored to our target audience.
– Manage and optimize Facebook ads and Google ads campaigns to drive lead generation.
– Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
– Create effective sales funnels to guide prospects through the buyer’s journey.
– Design captivating landing pages optimized for lead capture and conversion.
– Analyze competitor ads and reverse engineer successful strategies for our campaigns.
– Follow up on leads promptly and persistently to maximize conversion rates.
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead generation and digital marketing.
– Work with our CRM to build out these processes and automation

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience in lead generation and digital marketing.
– Proficiency in managing Facebook ads and Google ads campaigns.
– Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
– Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management.
– Familiarity with sales funnel creation and optimization techniques.
– Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Creative thinker with a passion for innovation in digital marketing.
