As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with prospects, and contributing to our overall success.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
• Lead the lead generation team, collaborating closely with our Virtual Assistant to execute lead generation campaigns.
• Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and booking agency executives into networking events.
• Contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of leads and prospects for future reference.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead-generation strategies.
• Analyse and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation.
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and clients.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
• Book agency executives into industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
Market Analysis:
• Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments.
• Analyse competitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the sales & marketing team based on market research.
Lead Qualification:
• Research and identify potential leads and prospects in the industry.
• Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and decision-makers.
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to initiate contact and qualify leads.
• Nurture and build relationships with leads through effective communication.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align lead-generation efforts with marketing campaigns.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads list.
• Introduce our digital marketing services and explain their benefits to potential customers.
• Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with prospects.
• Understand clients’ marketing needs and tailor our services to meet their specific requirements.
• Follow up on warm leads and nurture relationships with potential clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales opportunities in our sales system.
• Achieve weekly targets for lead generation and sales conversion.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize conversion rates and revenue.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Experience in lead generation and sales.
• Experience in email marketing and outbound strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
