As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, ensuring a steady flow of prospects for our sales team. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base by utilizing various lead generation strategies and tools.

Research market segments and build lead lists
Manage email and other automated campaigns on marketing platforms
Communicate with users, manage communications, attend meetings, and provide summary and reporting as needed.

Duties and responsibilities

Communicate with users. Report, troubleshoot, and use operations and procedures provided by the company including training, meetings, and daily communications.

Research and identify potential leads through online research, social media, industry publications, and other sources.
Qualify leads by assessing their suitability and interest in our products or services.
Maintain and update lead databases or CRM systems with accurate and relevant information.
Develop and execute lead generation strategies to reach target audiences effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize lead generation campaigns.
Use email, phone, and social media to initiate contact with potential leads.
Nurture and engage with leads through personalized and value-driven communications.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
Monitor and report on the success of lead generation campaigns and tactics.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to adapt lead generation strategies accordingly.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications include:
Prefers someone who can use Lead Generation tools such as Apollo. Other tools are a plus.
Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or related roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and best practices.
Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools.
Highly motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to improve strategies.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing is advantageous.
