Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist (for a Saas company) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying potential business opportunities and a passion for driving growth. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and Identify Leads: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities. Utilize various tools and databases to gather and analyze data.

Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with potential leads through email, phone calls, social media, and other communication channels. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

Qualify Leads: Assess the needs and interests of potential clients to determine their fit for our products/services. Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure high-quality prospects. Put your favorite color on the subject line to be considered.

Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information on leads and prospects. Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation. Provide feedback and insights to optimize marketing campaigns and sales approaches.

Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets. Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of lead generation efforts.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (a must)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
