Job Description:
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and generating new business opportunities for our clients. This position requires a proactive approach, strong research skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with potential leads.

Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, industry events, and networking
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract qualified leads and drive sales opportunities.
Generating sales leads through social media accounts and LinkedIn
Identifying and assessing possible sales leads, and nurturing and qualifying leads through email marketing, content marketing, and other lead nurturing techniques to move them through the sales funnel.
Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation performance to stakeholders and management
Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead-generation efforts with overall business objectives and sales targets

Qualifications:
Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with CRM tools such as Jobber, GHL, and any Lead Generation tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
