Job Description

Looking for an experienced and motivated VA specialist in Lead Generation to join our remote team. You will be responsible for contacting leads and setting appointments, as well as sourcing quality leads. Preference for those from the Philippines.

Here is what we expect to see:

You have solid experience in cold email outreach and can prove it.
You are highly organized with strong communication and presentation skills and possess an advanced level of English.
It’s a remote part-time position with 40-60 hours per month.

Here are the tasks for this position:

Cold email outreach.
Manage responses from leads promptly and set appointments.
Be responsible for setting appointments and consulting our clients about our service.

Role profile:

Responsibilities:

Generate leads through different online platforms to develop new business opportunities.
Source leads according to instructions given by the CEO.
Conduct market research to create strategic communication plans.
Create cold outreach campaigns using various tools.
Set call appointments with warm leads for our team to follow up on.
Collaborate and strategize with the CEO for an efficient marketing approach to expand the client pipeline.
Database management, maintaining and recording client and lead details.
Requirements:

Experience in lead generation and agency experience.
A proven track record of generating leads for at least 3 agencies.
7+ years of freelance experience.
Demonstrated expertise in various lead generation techniques, including cold emailing, LinkedIn, and networking.
Skills in market research and database maintenance.
Strong project and time management skills.

Nice to have:

Copywriting and editing skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Social media marketing skills.
