Position Summary:
The Lead Generation Specialist plays a critical role in the growth and success of our company by building and maintaining pipelines of opportunities within specific parameters provided by the company. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to kickstart their career in business development, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to our company’s expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends, based on criteria we provide.
Analyze market data to determine growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
Stay updated on industry news and competitor activities.

Lead Generation:
Use various online tools and databases to generate leads within predefined target segments.
Send outbound emails and messages to initiate contact with potential clients.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their potential for business partnerships.

Pipeline Development:
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of leads, interactions, and progress in Customer Relations Manager (CRM} software.
Continuously update and prioritize leads based on their potential value and fit with company objectives.

Client Engagement:
Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential clients through effective communication.
Assist in preparing response templates and documents.
Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate the transition of leads into active sales opportunities.

Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates.

Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all business development activities adhere to company policies and guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions, contracts, and agreements, using our software for documentation.

Qualifications:
Interest in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet or exceed deadlines.
Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.
Ability to work independently AND collaboratively within a team.
Eagerness and willingness to learn how to use a customer relations manager (CRM} software and Google Workspace.
Previous experience in business development or sales is a plus, but not required.

Training and Development:
This position is designed to provide on-the-job training and mentorship in business development. The Lead Generation Specialist will have the opportunity to develop a strong foundation in communications, market analysis and client engagement.

COMPENSATION:
– $4.00 / hour payable weekly via Payoneer
– Paid day off on National Heroes’ Day (in the Philippines) every year, as long as you work as scheduled on the weekday immediately before and immediately after National Heroes’ Day
