We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent research skills to gather relevant information from various online sources and input them into our CRM system as potential leads. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills to initiate cold calls and effectively convert them into warm leads for our sales team.
We specialize in providing a wide range of standard and specialized cardboard boxes and packaging materials tailored to meet the diverse needs of Australian businesses. We are committed to delivering high-quality packaging solutions that optimize efficiency and enhance the brand image for our clients.
100% Remote, part-time (2 pm – 6 pm AEST) with potential full-time.

Responsibilities:
• Utilize online platforms and tools to research and identify potential leads within the Australian and US market.
• Collect and accurately enter lead information into the CRM system.
• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects to introduce our products and services.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their packaging needs and identify opportunities for collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Maintain detailed records of lead generation activities and outcomes for performance tracking and reporting.

Requirements:
• Be able to dig up vital business and contact information from online databases.
• Possess strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Be comfortable initiating cold calls and managing difficult customers and their questions.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn and understand products/services.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to understand and converse in Australian and USA language and lingo.
• Experience in transferring prospect businesses from online databases into CRM to create leads.
• Confidence in managing phone calls and answering/managing difficult customers.
• Previous phone sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in product sales, customer service, and marketing/sales is advantageous.
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales objectives.
