About us: We’re a real estate development company led by a talented and experienced team in Northern California. Over the past two years we’ve completed over 28 projects and our business consists of new home construction for clients, commercial construction, and speculative residential construction (e.g. neighborhoods and single family homes that we build to sell). Our goal from the perspective of lead generation is to capture high net worth investors who may be interested in contributing money to projects in our pipeline.
Our team is looking for a sharp, detail oriented individual who has experience conducting lead gen, follow ups and producing results – all organized within a CRM system. Our team will provide a number of outreach templates to you that can be used during the outreach process. These templates will include a link to the team’s appointment booking service.
Responsibilities:
LinkedIn: Two members of the team have followers and connections on LinkedIn that can be leveraged for lead generation – this could be either via email or through messages sent on LinkedIn
General outreach: we would like you to use the service and other search related tools to find individuals that may be high net worth investors in northern-california and Los Angeles. These individuals can have job titles such as CEO, VP, or other senior-level titles.
Family offices and Syndicators: There are a number of Family offices and Syndicators in California. Family offices manage the wealth of high net worth individuals by placing their money into different investment vehicles. Alternatively, Syndicators are crowd-sourcing websites that pool individuals into investment opportunities. We would like you to reach out to both of these entities (starting in northern in southern california) in order to kick start conversations.
Organization: All contacts should be entered into a CRM system (we can use something such as Zoho). We would like you to Keep a detailed log of prospects and lead conversion performance.
Feedback: Provide insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently as per the direction of leadership.
Requirements:
? Strong experience with lead gen.
? Some experience in outreach for real estate related investments is a plus but not mandatory
? Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style
? Must attend weekly team zoom meetings
