Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Engagement: Regularly post in Facebook and other social media groups to engage our target audience and drive sign-ups.
Lead targeting: Using tools to help find our target audience.
Product Promotion/Outreach: Advertise and pitch our product to our target market, ensuring a clear understanding of its unique benefits.
Customer Support/Communication: Manage and resolve issues on WhatsApp through VOIP, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Community Engagement/Relation: Build and nurture relationships within relevant communities, positioning our brand as a trusted entity.
Content Development: Create compelling graphics and content that effectively communicate our brand message and value proposition (although not a lot).

Qualifications:
Proven experience in lead generation.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good telephone manner.
A proactive approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Demonstrated ability to consistently go above and beyond in previous roles.
