POSITION OVERVIEW:
Are you skilled at identifying potential clients and building strong relationships? We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to generate high-quality leads and support our business growth. If you have a knack for research, communication, and campaign management, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creator Identification:
– Research and identify potential content creators who align with the brand’s values, target audience, and content strategy.
– Utilize tools and platforms to discover creators across various social media channels.

2. Outreach and Relationship Building:
– Initiate and maintain relationships with content creators through personalized outreach, networking events, and collaborations.
– Negotiate terms of engagement, foster goodwill, and ensure positive experiences for both parties.

3. Campaign Planning and Execution:
– Collaborate with content creators to develop and execute effective campaigns that align with the brand’s marketing objectives.
– Brainstorm creative ideas, set campaign goals, and coordinate content creation and distribution schedules.

4. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
– Track and analyze the performance metrics of influencer campaigns to measure effectiveness and ROI.
– Monitor engagement rates, reach, conversions, and other relevant KPIs to optimize future campaigns.

5. Content Collaboration:
– Facilitate collaboration between content creators and internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, etc) to ensure alignment with overall brand messaging and strategic objectives.
– Coordinate content creation, approvals, and distribution across social media platforms.

6. Community Management:
– Build and nurture a community of content creators by providing support, resources, and networking opportunities.

7. Trend and Industry Monitoring:
– Stay informed about social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments that may impact content creator strategies.
– Adapt approaches and recommend innovative tactics to stay ahead of the curve.

8. Reporting and Insights:
– Generate regular reports and insights on the performance of content creator partnerships.
– Provide actionable recommendations for improvement based on data analysis and campaign outcomes.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
