Job Description

LevelUp is a specialist agency that provides WordPress technical support for vendors, agencies and web site owners. We are just over 5 years old and have a medium sized team that’s growing rapidly. Our startup has reached the point where we need to hire a superstar associate responsible for generating leads and scheduling appointments for the co-founders of the company in order to close new business.

The ideal candidate has lead generation experience (2+ years) and is capable of taking accountability for generating sales calls for the company.

This is a very exciting opportunity. You’ll be on the ground floor at a startup that’s growing rapidly, will be given real opportunities to contribute and shine from day one and will be working directly with the co-founders of the company. In short:- your work here will really matter.

Up until this point LevelUp has grown through word of mouth and referrals, so you will be the first sales team member in the organisation. If you do well and prove yourself, there’s an excellent opportunity to grow with the company, especially into more senior managerial sales positions.

Research, track, maintain and update leads – use various strategies to identify target prospects, source the contact details of decision makers, and add them to our CRM. Provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives.

Prospect and lead management – send sequences of personalised outreach messages to engage prospects and generate qualified leads. Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects. Research and maintain a lead generation database.

Set Appointments – communicate with qualified leads and answer basic product questions to the point where they either schedule a call/meeting or would like a full proposal of services that we can offer by mail.

Gather clear requirements from leads – Ask qualified leads questions to clearly and unambiguously understand their requirements from which we can create accurate proposals.

Product expertise – develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to confidently facilitate the sales process. Develop an intimate understanding of our target markets so that you can get into their heads and understand clearly what they’re looking for and pitch our services accordingly.

Work closely with the leadership team – provide accurate and timely information to management. Come up with creative strategies through which we can generate new business.

Additional Information…

This is a fully remote position in the short term and a hybrid position in the long term after we’ve set up our new office

Flexible working hours but predominantly 5pm – 2am PHT
