We’re looking for an adaptable and committed Lead Generation Specialist to join our team on a contract basis, starting immediately. This role is temporary to cover a team member on maternity leave (3 months), with the possibility of becoming long-term based on performance. We’re seeking a candidate who is reliable, consistent, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities:
– Lead generation for new B2B customers
– Data extraction and research: Utilize social media (and other platforms) to extract relevant data and enrich our existing list of leads.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in lead generation or related roles is preferred.
– Excellent communication skills to be able to engage with supervisor and teammates for any clarifications or questions
– Tech-savvy and adaptable: Comfortable using lead generation tools, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies/strategies.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data extraction and lead qualification.
– Experience with Google Sheets (where we keep all our leads)

Compensation and Work Schedule:
– The starting rate is 3.5 USD per hour
– Full-time position (40 hours per week) with flexibility. Part-time arrangements may be considered.
– After your initial onboarding period, the schedule is flexible as you’ll be working mostly independently. A couple hours of overlap with our European offices would be great for the occasional meeting, as needed.
