Lead Generation Specialist

We’re Nimblearn, an online learning platform serving the upskilling needs of accounting and finance professionals, and we need an amazing lead generation specialist who can help grow our subscriber base and mailing list.

The ideal person will have experience in lead generation, email outreach, and paid ads to help drive traffic and attract subscribers to our website and landing pages. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the online course industry and know how to leverage platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook to target potential customers.

Responsibilities include:
• Lead generation through LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
• Email outreach to potential leads
• Managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns
• Conducting research to identify new target audiences
• Promoting our webinar and free PDF reports as lead magnets to attract subscribers

Key Attributes:
The following attributes are ideal to have but if you don’t have all of them, no worries. We consider your past experience plus your attitude and willingness to continue growing your skills going forward as the main criteria for selection.
• Experience in lead generation and email outreach
• Knowledge of LinkedIn and Facebook advertising/marketing platforms
• Experience managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns
• Excellent research skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience promoting webinars and free resources as lead magnets is a plus
• Motivated to learn new marketing methods, strategies and tactics
• Willing to share your own ideas in formulating marketing strategies

This position will start out focusing on lead generation but will grow into other digital marketing functions and has the potential to progress into a managerial position with responsibility for training a team of other marketing specialists.
