Responsibilities:
-This position requires someone with brilliant and legitimate sources to mine and scrape client data from various sources
-Staffing & Recruiting industry experience is a huge plus!!
-You have a consistent track-record of successful business-to-business lead generation
-Responsible for generating leads for the company and developing good First Contact Relationships with the client
-All the Analytics will be discussed over discussion of approval of your request to apply for this job
-Responsible for cold calling
-Grow the pipeline and deliver viable leads that convert to proposals
-Use your already proven business-to-business lead generation capabilities to engage business owners-
-Set 3 or more Strategic Planning Sessions with prospective clients per day
-Place a minimum number of business-to-business calls per day to prospective customers
-Set a minimum number of appointments per day for the Outside Sales Representatives
-Utilize your proven lead generation strategies developed over the years
-Create & Execute Your Lead Generation Game Plan in coordination with the Staffing team to make the most effective use of your Time

-Help build the brand & Build market awareness of our Purpose, Vision and Offerings
-Reporting to the CEO on your Objectives & Key Results progress
-Effective use of our professional CRM System to make your days more productive
-Take on more responsibilities to earn commission over time

Qualifications:
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
Mastery of Multi-Line Phones & all types of Office Equipment
Good with utilizing modern software to track clients
Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
Experience using productivity software tools like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, LinkedIn
