Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist (40 hours per week). In this role, you will play a vital role in our success by making outbound calls to potential property sellers and generating leads for our real estate investors.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to pre-qualified leads using a provided script.
• Engage in polite and professional conversations to identify potential property sellers.
• Gather key information from leads, such as property details, motivation for selling, and preferred timeline.
• Qualify leads according to established criteria to ensure a good fit for our agents.
• Secure appointments for real estate agents to present their services to qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and lead information in our CRM system.
• Follow up with leads as needed to maintain interest and secure appointments.

Requirements:
• Excellent spoken English with clear communication skills.
• Strong active listening skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system a plus.
• Familiarity with real estate terminology and concepts is beneficial.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a target-oriented mindset.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines.

Daily Tasks:
• Review call scripts and lead information for the day.
• Make a designated number of outbound calls per day.
• Document key details and results of each call in the CRM system.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for successful contacts.
• Participate in daily or weekly team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
• Continuously learn and improve cold calling techniques.

Hours:
• 40 hours/week

Rate:
• $5-6/hour ($800-960/month) depending on experience
