Lead Generation Specialist

We are a small company based in Virginia USA, and we are seeking to hire a virtual assistant who can assist us with lead generation and outbound email marketing efforts.

This individual must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and willing to adapt in a dynamic working environment. Must have experience in generating leads on LinkedIn or other lead generation tools.

This is a part-time position. The candidate may work flexibly in local time zone, however, there may be instances where she/he may be required to participate in meetings in Eastern Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
• Use lead generation tool to identify and qualify potential leads.
• Utilize LinkedIn to identify and qualify potential leads.
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies to increase sales opportunities.
• Conduct outbound email marketing
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential leads through ongoing research and outreach efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and their status in the CRM sales pipeline.
• Conduct LinkedIn Postings.
• Support general administrative campaigns

This is a part-time position, but could be converted into a full-time based on workload and candidate performance. Pay is $5 per hour.

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in utilizing lead generation tools
• Understanding of CRM tools and their application in sales and marketing processes
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator tool for lead generation.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently without much supervision
• Proficient in MS Excel
