Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence: Provide friendly and efficient customer service to clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
Data Entry: Accurately input and manage client information and updates in our CRM system.
Lead Generation: Utilize various tools and strategies to identify and generate leads for potential clients interested in credit repair services.
Google/Facebook Ads Management: Create, monitor, and optimize Google and Facebook ad campaigns to attract potential clients and increase brand visibility.
Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate a solid understanding of the credit repair industry and keep up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
Problem-Solving: Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner, striving for satisfactory resolutions.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and progress towards credit repair goals.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in the financial or credit repair industry.
Proficiency in data entry and CRM software.
Demonstrated experience in lead generation techniques.
Familiarity with Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
