We are seeking a creative, motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our exciting production company as a Lead Generation Specialist. Company Overview:
Our production company has produced commercials for brands large and small across the east coast. We are also involved in the fashion industry, producing fashion shows and events in Virginia, USA
Our team is currently expanding beyond our husband and wife co-owners, and in order to sustain the growth we need assistance bringing in new clients. That’s where you come in!

Position Details:
Starting hours: 15-20 hours per week, gradually increasing to 40 hours per week over a 30-day training period.
Compensation: Monthly salary of $900 USD, with expectation of Full Time work (40 hours per week). Paid weekly for the first four weeks. After, your choice of being paid monthly or bi-monthly.
Performance-based raises: All possibilities for raises are based on work performance. We hope to find someone who will become a long lasting member of our team. We are eager to reward all of our team members for their role in the growth of our company!

Position Overview:
As our Lead Generation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be identifying prospective clients and contacting them through email (primary) and social media accounts (secondary). Here’s a great video we found that describes what we’re looking for: /watch?v=y-2TBa2frEc
Our company specializes in photography, videography, and event marketing. You will play a very important role in expanding our business by conducting outreach with other businesses, building relationships, and bringing in new clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Research and identification: To research and identify potential clients utilizing search engines (Google, Google Maps), LinkedIn, and Instagram and software such as
Sales pipeline management: Maintain and update a sales pipeline to track leads and move them through the sales funnel, from lead to customer.
Initial outreach: Conduct outreach through emails and social media messages to book sales calls with potential clients. (You will not be responsible for making any sales calls, but if this is something you have experience in that would definitely be a plus!)
Daily updates: Provide a daily email update on your progress and activities.
Regular Reports: Submit weekly and monthly reports so that we can understand where our leads are coming from, which communication channels are the most effective, etc.

Measurement of Success:
To evaluate your performance, we will provide you with weekly and monthly targets for the following metrics:
Number of new prospects identified
Number of new leads contacted
Number of contacts made
Number of sales appointments set

Note- These measurements will only be guidelines, your true success will be measured in your ability to work well with our team and have an overall positive impact on the business.

Requirements:
Strong English language, with excellent grammar and written communication skills. This is a communications job so if you struggle with English, you may not be the best fit.
Great internet connection!
Proficiency in using Google and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram) for research and lead generation.
Prior knowledge of lead generation systems and sales funnels is a big plus but not a requirement.
Experience with maintaining and updating lists of potential clients using spreadsheets or project management systems like Trello.
Willingness to use scripted email/messaging templates provided by the company and regularly research areas for improvement.
Willingness to have 1-2 hours of overlap for communication on select days (We are 12 hours behind the Phillippines!) *We do not expect you to work the night shift, you will work during your day.
