We help travel agents make more money so they can make a bigger difference.

The rest of the industry stops at that first part – making more money.

But we go beyond that.

We show our agents how to think bigger – and beyond commissions.

This leads to them:
Providing for their households
Transforming their local communities
Starting global movements

We provide coaching, courses, and intentional communities to support agents as they learn, grow and scale.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a lead generation specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with the world of travel blogging, online host travel agencies, and the coaching industry.

To avoid a potential conflict of interest, we cannot hire a travel agent for this role.

We’re looking for someone who can get along with all kinds of personalities. We’re also looking for someone who is quick to respond via platforms like email and Slack – as well as someone who’s familiar with projects in Asana.

We currently serve over 80 travel agents directly, and thousands of travel agents indirectly through our content. So there’s plenty of room for us to grow together.

We expect to hire for 4-8 hours of work per month at first, though this amount will increase dramatically before, during, and right after launches.

Responsibilities
Below are some of the responsibilities for this position:

LEAD GENERATION & SALES
Pitch to podcasts on our behalf
Submit pitches to potential leads on our behalf
Submit pitches to partners for collaborations on our behalf
Submit to collaborative bundles on our behalf
Submit to summits on our behalf
Manage bundles, summits, events, and launches on our behalf
Manage launches in collaboration with founder and/or Operations Assistant
Write and automate email sales funnel sequences
Create and update freebies & opt-in pages on LeadPages
Follow up with leads from social media
Follow up with leads from long-form content
Follow up with leads from email list

ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS
Create, manage, and streamline projects in Asana
Manage and maintain calendars for team members and launches
Plan and organize launches with founder and/or Operations Assistant
Research and organize data collected from launch campaigns
Synthesize data and make recommendations based on said data
Other duties and tasks as assigned

EMAIL MARKETING
Write and send a weekly email newsletter based on current goals
Write and update email sequences for freebies and sales funnels
Personally respond to emails within 24 hours Mon-Fri
Refer travel booking leads to our team of travel agents
Refer coaching leads to Travel Agent Haven
Manage flow of leads for retreats, courses, memberships, and meetups
Manage opportunities related to affiliate marketing, ads, and sponsored content

Job Qualifications
The ideal candidate will also have:
Streamlined systems and processes for long-form content management
Workflows for lead generation with long-form content
The desire to truly be a part of their client’s team
Daily availability to respond quickly
Native-level fluency in the English language
Strong time management skills
High-speed internet connection

SOFTWARE FAMILIARITY
